Terms and Conditions

The terms of service from SiteLanka constitute an Agreement to comply with the Terms of Use between Provider and Customer hereinbelow stated. Provider reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, services, and the prices mentioned in this site at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice unless otherwise specified hereinbelow. Provider reserves the right to add, remove, modify, or suspend all or some of its services at any time. Should Customer object to any term or condition of the Terms of Use, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Provider in any way, Customer’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue the use of Provider’s services. Provider reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for any violation of these terms and conditions.

1. Licenses 

All SiteLanka license verify are connected to SiteLanka servers, all other functions such as updates are connected to official servers. these licenses don't contain support from the official provider but it has full support from SiteLanka, No fee is included for any support on the licenses (Licenses are shared and not original). 

1.1 Website hosting/Reseller hosting

All hosting packages and their prices can be changed at any time with or without client notification.

2. Payments

SiteLanka accepts PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency as payment. 

3. Refunds

All our Licenses are non-refundable at all. In case you may face any issue with your license contact our support to fix your issue and if SiteLanka can not fix your issue we will issue a refund as credit in your account. For website hosting refund is possible with serious reason.

4. Charge Back

In case of any chargeback without contacting us first we will issue you a bill (will be passed to a debt collection agency on your country) depending on the amount trying to chargeback and we will add your details as server ips, contact details, etc in all software blacklist databases so you will not use them software again. 

5. Suspending 

All products will be suspended once your product's expire date arrives, You can always renew a product from the client area. If the client does not obey our terms of service SiteLanka has the permission to suspend and block all client's products at any time.


We do not provide direct support for resellers customers,this is down to the reseller to provide support directly for his customers. You can contact us for guides in case you get stuck.

7.Restrictions/Not allowed on our servers:

-Large file storage 

-excessive use of server resources

-Nulled scripts

-mp4,mp3, movie,exe, bat, any other video or song, system files not related to the website or larger than 100mb (we will remove these files without any warning)

-Intellectual property

-Any kind of spam or server abuse

Breach of these terms will result in your account suspend and/or termination.

8.SiteLanka is not responsible in any way for any data loss!

9.Anually subscriptions mean that clients are fully satisfied with our services and refund is not possible at all, because we think that if you want to try our services you need to sign up for 1 month or ask for a trial.
