Planned important Maintenance Tuesday, October 24, 2023

Dear user,

With this notice, we would like to inform you that there is a need for important maintenance at our Singapore Data Centre, where your server is located, leading to packet loss and disruption of your services. During the maintenance the server won't have an Internet connection but there will be no power cycle for your server.

Our technicians will do everything in their power to complete this vital maintenance as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there was no way to announce this maintenance earlier, which is why we apologize for any inconvenience.

The maintenance will take place on Monday 30th October 2023 between 20:00 and 22:00 UTC.

The downtime is expected to last no longer than 60 minutes.
